1. What is your definition of “seamless integration”?
   Users who were accustomed to manual import/export utilities can now simply add an opportunity with just one click, dramatically shortening the distance between obtaining information and managing leads and ultimately helping contractors win more business. Clients simply click a button on their FedSources opportunity record that says “Add To My GovWin”. Those tagged leads are automatically loaded and updated in GovWin daily via a scheduled download process.
2. Can leads be tagged by more than one person and tracked as multiple opportunities in GovWin?
   Once a lead is tagged in FedSources, the “Add To My Govwin” button will indicate that the lead is already being tracked. Leads are tied to unique FedSources number and are tracked as a single opportunity in GovWin.
3. Is there an additional fee for this integration service?
   Both FedSources and Deltek are committed to their clients and simplifying their business processes. There are no additional fees for this service. Simply notify your account manager or CDE that you would like to enable the integration service.
4. Why do I need to add a lead to GovWin?
   How would GovWin improve my current business development process? Deltek GovWin allows government contractors to enter, store, and access critical information, including opportunity and lead tracking, agency contacts and relationships, and activity management, all in a centralized, Web-based repository.
