Her experience focuses on cost management, performance management and financial system-related processes. During her tenure at Unisys and Arthur Andersen Consulting, Ms. Wilson led projects for a variety of government agencies including the U.S. Department of the Navy, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Bureau of the Census, the National Weather Service and the General Services Administration. Mr. Bjorklund has over three decades of hands-on experience in federal IT program management and procurement processes. As a former government program manager and procurement official focusing on defense, C4ISR and IT initiatives, he has a deep understanding of the public sector market and its complex policy and procurement procedures. He holds a BS from the University of California at Davis in environmental sciences and a MS from Northrop University in procurement and contract law.

"These are exciting times for FSI. We are very pleased to welcome someone of Karen's caliber and experience to our leadership team," said Bill Gormley, President of FSI. "Karen is a seasoned consultant, manager and leader who will help expand and grow our consulting practice at FSI."
