Bill Gormley President and CEO
|
|
Bill Gormley is a 32-year veteran of government procurement. As a former senior federal executive, he brings to FedSources a unique perspective and insight into the public sector market. Because of his extensive experience re-engineering the GSA Multiple Award Schedules Program, Bill is recognized by government and industry for his proven leadership. While serving as Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Acquisition, Federal Supply Service, GSA, Bill received both the Presidential Rank Award for Meritorious Executives and the Vice President's "Hammer Award" for changes to the Federal Supply Schedules Program. Bill was named twice to the "Fed 100," a prestigious group nominated by their peers for outstanding contributions to industry and government. Bill remains very active within the federal business community, serving on the boards for the Procurement Round Table, AFCEA (Bethesda Chapter) and the National Industries for the Blind.
Bill holds a BS from the University of Maryland, and is a Certified Purchasing Official of the National Institute for Government Purchasing.

Joe Caggiano Chief Operating Officer
Biography
|
As Chief Operating Officer, Joe Caggiano is responsible for all operational and financial activities at FedSources, including overseeing the company's Market Intelligence Services, consulting and event lines of business. Joe has over 18 years of management, sales and business development experience in professional services, with a focus on Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Business Intelligence, and Business Performance Management solutions. Joe's background includes sales management and business development roles at Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, WR Grace and Pfizer.
Joe holds a BS and an MBA from Villanova University and began his career with several tours of duty as an officer in the U.S. Navy.

Ray Bjorklund
Senior Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer Biography
|
As Senior Vice President and Chief Knowledge Officer, Ray Bjorklund is responsible for ensuring FedSources maximizes the value it delivers through its most important asset - knowledge. Ray has over three decades of hands-on experience in federal IT program management and procurement processes. As a former government program manager and procurement official focusing on defense, C4ISR and IT initiatives, he has a deep understanding of the public sector market and its complex policy and procurement procedures. Ray specializes in identifying market factors, technology trends, and strategic solutions to help clients posture for success in the government marketplace, and is regularly quoted in the media as a highly regarded expert in the IT public sector marketplace.
Ray holds a BS from the University of California at Davis in Environmental Sciences and an MS from Northrop University in Procurement and Contract Law.

Carrie Coogan
Vice President, Consulting Biography
|
As Vice President, Consulting, Carrie Coogan is responsible for delivering value to FedSources' clients through specialty research consulting in areas such as pipeline development, market sizing and segmentation, competitive analysis and pricing, and other bid analysis. Carrie has been a key contributing member of FedSources Consulting since 2003.
Prior to joining FedSources, Carrie worked in Canada as a Market Intelligence Specialist with the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership which received the CI Champion award at the 2002 Competia International Symposium. In 2002, Carrie became a Certified International Trade Professional (C.I.T.P.), the highest level of professional accreditation available to international business and trade professionals in Canada.
Carrie holds an Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan with a double major in Finance and Quantitative Analysis.

Peggy Seefried
Vice President, Client Services Biography

As Vice President of Client Services, Peggy Seefried manages the Client Development Executive and Advanced Research teams that deliver market intelligence services to FedSources customers on a daily basis. Peggy has over 25 years of involvement in the public sector market, and brings to FedSources a wide range of experience in the information technology and professional services business, including project, program and capture management. Peggy's background includes a variety of management and analyst roles at J.G. Van Dyke and Associates and Cap Gemini.
Peggy holds an MBA from George Washington University and a BA from Pennsylvania State University.

Helle Huxley
Vice President, Marketing and Events Biography |
As Vice President, Marketing and Events, Helle Huxley drives all corporate marketing events, strategies and initiatives. Helle spearheads industry outreach efforts, including the company's annual "Federal OutlookŪ" conference. She manages and runs all aspects of the company's marketing division, directing all corporate media communications, all radio and print advertising, all branding, and more.
Helle has more than 18 years of hands-on marketing experience, from hiring and managing creative teams to directing business development and promotional activities. Helle has designed and implemented a vast range of marketing programs and policies for creative and technical audiences, bringing uniquely ideal experience to FedSources and the FedSources brand. Helle previously worked for the Democratic National Convention Committee, NewLine Cinema, Sony/ATV Publishing and Warner Bros. Television.
Helle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Denise Bailey
Vice President, Human Resources and Operations Biography |
As Vice President, Human Resources and Operations, Denise Bailey is responsible for strategic planning and oversight of all operations related to human resources and administrative activities at FedSources. Denise has been with FedSources since 1988 in progressively senior positions. As an integral member of the management team, Denise provides leadership and guidance to the organization on key planning and resource allocation issues, and previously spearheaded the merger and acquisition responsibilities of FedSources' sale to Washington Management Group.
Denise holds a BS in Business Administration from James Madison University.
