On July 28, 2010, the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Business Center (DOI/NBC) Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), issued a solicitation for Scientific, Engineering, and Technical Assistance (SETA) for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Defense Sciences Office (DSO). All questions regarding the solicitation are due on August 11, 2010. All proposals are due at 4:00 PM on September 3, 2010. The DOI/NBC AQD, Sierra Vista Branch, Sierra Vista, Arizona has a requirement for scientific, engineering, and technical assistance, as well as administrative support, services for the DARPA, DSO. The purpose of this contract is to provide program planning, technical analysis, financial management, conference planning, and data to support the agency’s mission.

This full and open acquisition is expected to result in multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts. Task order types will include firm fixed price and time and materials. The period of performance will be five years. The estimated potential value of this requirement is $225 million.
